About Author
Professor Dr. T.V. Rao is from Andhra Pradesh. He is nicknamed as the Father of Indian HRD, as he has headed the movement for the new system in Human Resource Development in India with Dr. Udai Pareek in 1974. He founded the National HRD Network and the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences. For 20 years he taught in IIM, Ahmedabad and then as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur. at present he is the Chairman of TVRLS, Ahmedabad. He is empanelled with many corporate companies and has written 57 books related to HRD.
